Fuel for driving one's car without paying the high duties on fuel, that ought to make quite a difference! The Belgian government seems to have made this possible.
A tax exemption for bio fuels was launched in Belgium on July 12th, 2005 and it was approved on December 23, 2005. This should make it quite affordable to drive with environmental sanity.
